Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jeddah

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, clean room and very comfortable atmosphere

The only downside was the price which felt a bit high

First night I rated them 10 because the upgraded my booking to bigger room nice and very clean Next time they gave me a smelly room in bad location although they have better options

Some apartments rooms has some smell and I feel they are smaller Than their claims

Everything; from the aesthetic and ambience, to the room amenities and level of comfort. The place was clean, well maintained, and certainly great value for the price.

Friendly staff, clean place, quiet atmosphere, close from Jeddah‘s main attractions and great restaurants/cafes, bathroom amenities, free small chocolate from patchi and chocoline which is very sweet, plenty of Equipment for gym brand (technogym) which is not bad, bathtub was super nice.

Room for improvements: Praying carpet can be washed or perfumed so the scent can be nice, 5-10% for new guests to encourage them to try lounge or Argentnian restaurant in hotel‘s premises and announcements regarding possibility for guests to use squash rooms with times/prices, and lastly cooperations with local coaches (Zumba, yoga, pilates…etc) to enroll in classes with times, dates, prices…etc. And participate in those classes at the hotel‘s premesis

I spent one night at the Assila Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The welcome I received during my stay was one of the best experiences in my twenty years of traveling around the world. The reception staff was always attentive to my needs, and the facilities were excellent. The sauna, located on the 18th floor, was particularly spacious and offered a magnificent view, which I greatly appreciated. The tour of Al-Balad with the hotel staffs Abdullah Barabbaa, Adel Khalil, and Sereen Alamoudi was a great surprise; I learned a lot about the culture and heritage. I thank all the hotel staff.

Warm welcome. Cleanness. Breakfast was excellent with varieties..

I liked everything. It was beyond my expectations and people reviews . Loved the furniture, specious space comfy bed ? , and location is excellent many places by walking distance. Finally, which I am supposed to start with staff hospitality is overwhelming from the front desk to concerge they all answered my inquiries and make my stay worthy.

I would say room soundproof is not good. I had to complain about my next door room loud music later than 1 am . However, the hotel staff responded in a professional way, and within less than 5 minutes, they resolved it . But overall, it was not a big issue .

I have stayed for 3 nights and no complimentary food was offered (fruits- dates) yet the paid value was high enough to worth such gesture!

The hotel is super clean and very comfortable. The lounge on the top of the hotel is very nice and gives good view on the city. The valet service. Elevators are spacious and rapid with minimum waiting time.

Price is high compared to similar hotels which provides the same or better facilities.
